Structural Constellation is part of my collection of geometric artworks, playing with the illusion of depth and how our eyes can be tricked into seeing things. This is part of my journey into trying to capture a moment in time, recalling fragmented snapshot memories, trying to remember a dream as I wake-up, but the more I try to concentrate to recall all the details and the intertwined characters the quicker it slips away. The illusion of 2 parallel views and fragments of bold colours in the artwork is me trying to capture that intangible moment as the dream slips away from me never really knowing what occurred. This artwork is also available on brushed aluminium, with no white printed so the metal textured shines through where the lines are.
